As a Production QC Engineer at our company located in Sola-Santej Road, Ta: Kalol, Dist:, Rakanpur, Gujarat 382721, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. With at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for implementing quality control systems and procedures to maintain adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality control systems, monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify quality issues, conducting regular inspections and audits, identifying non-conformances, and implementing corrective and preventative actions. You will also be responsible for analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, and developing quality metrics and KPIs. In addition, you will be required to train production staff on quality control procedures and standards, provide technical support to production teams on quality-related issues, and assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities and findings, preparing and presenting quality reports to management, and documenting and reporting on quality issues and corrective actions will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is on-site.
