The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production planning and execution while optimizing inventory levels and aligning operations with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes to align production schedules with business demands. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock while ensuring smooth production flow. Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) changes and updates, ensuring accurate documentation and implementation. Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Plan and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Assist in budgeting for capital expenditures (CAPEX) and ensure optimal investment planning for operational efficiency. Develop and track revenue budgeting to align with financial targets and business goals. Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components as per production schedules. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning and execution activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. Strong understanding of sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes. Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems related to production planning and inventory management. Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective customer and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.,
