Job Description
The Production & Operations Manager position requires an experienced individual to oversee manufacturing and production activities. The role involves coordinating with all departments, managing supply chain and logistics, and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Additionally, the responsibilities include team management and reporting. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as commuter assistance, a flexible schedule, and Provident Fund. The schedule may involve day shift, evening shift, fixed shift, Monday to Friday, morning shift, night shift, rotational shift, and weekend availability. There is also a yearly bonus provided.
