Order Coordination: Managing and coordinating orders from clients, ensuring that all requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the production team. Sample Development: Overseeing the creation of samples based on client specifications, ensuring that they meet the required quality and design standards. Vendor Management: Selecting and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors for materials, trims, and accessories, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. Production Planning: Planning production schedules, setting timelines, and ensuring that production processes are efficient and meet delivery deadlines. Costing and Budgeting: Calculating costs for garment production, including materials, labor, and overhead, and preparing budgets to ensure profitability. Quality Control: Implementing and monitoring quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure that finished garments meet the required standards. Logistics and Shipment: Coordinating logistics for the delivery of finished garments, including packaging, labeling, and arranging shipments to clients. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of orders, production processes, and shipments, and preparing reports for management and clients.
