Job Responsibilities Develop and streamline an efficient and standardized operations management system by integrating the supply chain, quality, and production departments in alignment with the companys operational and strategic development plans. Plan, allocate, and mobilize resources effectively to ensure monthly production targets and business objectives are achieved with high quality and low cost. Assist the Business Unit Head in managing key account delivery teams; lead the team to develop and execute production plans based on sales orders, ensuring on-time delivery. Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain to enhance internal controls, promote cost-awareness, streamline operations, and eliminate departmental silos for agile manufacturing response. Continuously improve the processes, data management, and systemization of the Production, Material, and Control (PMC) functions. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university; PMC experience in large-scale manufacturing companies is required. Over 10 years of experience in PMC management within the manufacturing industry, with in-depth knowledge of overall factory operations. Comprehensive understanding of supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, production planning, and warehouse management. Proficient in order review processes and capable of implementing them effectively to meet customer requirements. Skilled in managing workflows and data flows from order receipt to shipment, with proven methodologies for driving production and material planning execution. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems.,
