Job Description
Production Supervisor Roles: Supervise Production Activities:Directly oversee the production process on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production schedules. Key Skills for Both Roles: AutoCAD Proficiency: Excellent skills in using AutoCAD software to create, interpret, and modify drawings. Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team of production workers. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and meticulousness in following plans and procedures. Safety Awareness: Understanding of and adherence to safety regulations and practices Interpret Drawings:Understand and interpret AutoCAD drawings to guide production workers and ensure accurate manufacturing. Troubleshoot Problems:Identify and resolve production issues, collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams as needed. Maintain Equipment:Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and machinery. Train and Support:Train new production workers and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient and effective operation.
