As a Production Manager at our company, you will be responsible for planning and organising production schedules to ensure efficient operations. You will assess project and resource requirements, estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timescales with client teams. Your role will involve determining quality control standards and overseeing production processes to maintain high standards. Additionally, you will be in charge of organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. In this position, you will be expected to liaise with buyers, marketing, and sales staff to coordinate activities effectively. Supervising the work of junior staff members will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets.
