Job Description
You should have experience in toffee, candy, or lollipop production to be considered for this role. Preferably located in Meerut or nearby areas. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and conduct quality assessments to guarantee customer contentment. Your responsibilities will include managing and assessing the production process, contributing to production planning and budgeting, overseeing quality assessments, ensuring a secure production environment, and liaising with key internal and external production stakeholders. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 2 years of production experience. Strong organizational and managerial skills are also essential for this role.,
