Production Head Solar Manufacturing Location: SURAT Gujarat Experience: 8 to 15 years (Only in Solar Manufacturing) Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end production operations in a high-tech solar manufacturing unit. Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization while ensuring top-notch quality. Implement lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement strategies. Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and workforce management. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards. Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and quality control teams for seamless execution. Identify and resolve production challenges to meet timely delivery targets. Utilize data-driven insights & KPIs to enhance operational excellence. Candidate Requirements: 8-15 years of hands-on experience in Solar Manufacturing mandatory. Expertise in solar panel/module production, automation, and process optimization. Strong leadership to manage teams, improve workflows, and drive performance.
