Position Overview: You will be a head of part of complete production team and collaborate with cross-functional departments, & work closely with vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities: Manage overall production activities of solar module plant end-to end including resource planning like, materials, manpower,etc. Support the maintenance team for installation and commissioning of module production line in a safe manner with tight deadlines and start the operations on time. Must have experience in SAP PP module. Experience in Preparation of production related safety documents, including Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis, Job Safety Analysis, Work Permit, PTW, etc. Experience in Preparation of ISO documentation departmental manual, SOPs, WI, Check sheets, troubleshooting manual & training plan Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations across materials handling, production and shipping Experience in Monitoring various inventories and materials to identify wastages and to keep overall costing low. Tighter control on plant overheads like , people, power, spares & service etc. To Prepare, calibrate and monitor overall production machinery to maintain optimal production levels and consistently achieve daily targets To Perform detailed analysis on different types of failures in productivity, do through root cause analysis (RCA) and to implement permanent corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) Expert in handling Process Improvements, Inventory & Rejection Control. Comprehensive experience in managing Production, process development, quality control, cost reduction, training & data analysis. Hands on implementation of kaizen systems in both production activities and process improvements, with a vision towards improving the product quality and achieving customer satisfaction Experienced in both Glass-to-backsheet as well as Glass-to-glass module production and process control Developing streamlined manufacturing process, which boosted productivity and saved cost Supporting customer QA team in analysis of field failures and ensuring CAPA implementation Ensure the section 5S is maintained at all times and take necessary action implement for better shop floor maintenance & controlling shop floor activities through daily work management. Excellent Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, POKA-YOKE , SPC Tools etc. Training and educating the junior associates to Skill up of all the Members for multi skilling and solving their problem on daily basis. Ensure all the associates, engineers wear the required PPEs for safety to ensure safe working area To conduct daily Safety Tool Box Talk with the team . Key deliverables Yield, Wastages, Rejections, Line uptime, Capacity Utilization, Rework rate, Knowledge & Skillset Requirements Project Management & Operations Module Operations, Process control, Quality mindset & cost optimization. Material Planning & Inventory Management & MIS Experience in SAP Experience: 15+ in Solar Module Production Desirable : B.E/ B.Tech with relevant professional experience and in Solar module Production.,
