You have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Production Head with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in production or execution management in interior design or turnkey contracting. As a Production Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of at least 5-6 individuals and ensuring successful project delivery. Proficiency in MS Excel is required for tracking, planning, and reporting production metrics. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and project leaders. Problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously are key aspects of this role. Your main responsibilities will include team management, performance management, execution management, project assignment, and vendor empanelment. You will lead and manage the production staff, create a collaborative work environment, set clear performance goals, monitor team output, oversee the entire production process from planning to execution, collaborate with project leaders to assign tasks based on skills and project requirements, and identify qualified vendors to expand production capabilities and ensure quality standards. This position is based in Churchgate, and the salary offered is as per industry standards.
