The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling production batches following BMW & Work Instructions for Acid/Direct Dyes. You will be required to ensure complete product conversion by conducting in-process testing such as Diazo, Coupling, TLC, and Spot Test. Additionally, you will need to ensure that the necessary equipment is available for batches, including pH sensor/meter, temperature indicator, and load cell. Maintaining a clean and organized work area to prevent any disruptions in the process, along with ensuring proper ventilation of gases, will also be part of your responsibilities. Candidates must hold a degree in M.Sc. Organic Chemistry or B.Sc. Organic Chemistry. For M.Sc. holders, a minimum of 1 year of experience is required, while B.Sc. holders should have at least 2 years of experience. The salary bracket for this position ranges from Rs. 20k to 22k, depending on performance during the interview. The plant operates on a rotational shift basis, with morning shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., afternoon shift from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., and night shift from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. A pick and drop facility is available with bus service provided from Taloja Plant to Panvel and vice-versa. This is a full-time, permanent position with a performance bonus offered. The preferred total work experience is 1 year. Please note that the work location is in person.,
