Job Description

As a Production Engineer with 4-8 years of experience in the field of Stainless Steel and exotic fabrication, specifically in Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchange, your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring the daily production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. - Creating and maintaining Bar charts to track production progress and timelines. - Overseeing Machine Maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations and prevent breakdowns. - Actively participating in production planning meetings to optimize resources and meet project deadlines. - Calculating project lead times accurately to meet delivery schedules. - Making decisions regarding manufacturing outsourcing processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. - Prioritizing work orders based on urgency and resource availability. - Planning and managing resources according to defined standards to maximize operational efficiency. - Controlling the cost of operations within defined budgets to ensure profitability. - Close monitoring of contractors" performance and adherence to project requirements. - Keeping a close eye on labor costs to align with budgeted levels. - Ensuring maximum utilization of utilities to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency. - Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common production goals. This is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-8 years of experience in the relevant field. Work location is required to be in person. Total work experience of 1 year is preferred for this role.,
