Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the production processes of NEMA motors, molding parts, and CNC machining. Your primary duty will be to ensure that production is completed according to schedules, specifications, and quality standards. You will need to set up and operate CNC machines, VMC machines, and hobbing machines as required. In case of any production issues during the manufacturing process, you will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently. It is crucial to coordinate with the planning team to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Maintaining machine logs, recording production data, machine downtime, and maintenance issues will also be part of your daily tasks. To meet deadlines and production goals, you must implement and follow the daily production schedule diligently. Collaboration with the quality control team is essential to ensure that the products meet customer specifications and industry standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and guiding junior operators and production staff. Safety procedures during the production process should be strictly followed, and you will also need to monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of the production floor and machines. Daily monitoring of tools stock and tool life is also required to ensure smooth operations. This is a permanent job opportunity with benefits such as Provident Fund.
