Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a Production Executive to lead our furniture manufacturing operations. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing resources to achieve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations and schedules. Ensure quality standards are met through regular inspections. Manage and mentor the production team. Optimize resource allocation and inventory management. Identify and implement process improvements. Collaborate with design, sales, and logistics teams. Utilize AutoCAD to assist in design review and production planning. Prepare production performance reports for management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of production management experience in furniture manufacturing.
