JD For Production officer for Heat exchangers/Pressure Vessels in Rabale

Managing Production in an ASME U Stamp & IBR approved shop for Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers, WHRB, Special Equipment etc.
Implement, control and review production schedules as required.
Determine human resources requirements and manage them efficiently to meet production targets.
Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
Monitor quality standards of jobs.
Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
Prepare and maintain production reports.
Estimate and manage production costs and budgets.
Ensure efficient collaboration and co- ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management.
Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Production planning and management.
Ability to interact and deal with senior decision makers.
Clear vision on profitability.
Ability to work under pressure and ensure on time performance and delivery to customers.
