Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety within the production unit. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet targets. Monitor and control manufacturing processes to optimize productivity. Identify process improvements to reduce waste, cost, and production time. Coordinate with quality control to ensure products meet required standards. Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of production equipment. Prepare documentation such as production reports, SOPs, and process logs. Collaborate with the design, R&D, and maintenance teams. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Train and guide shop floor operators and technicians as needed. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering. 13 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (freshers can apply for junior roles).
