Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and improving production processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. You will work closely with design, quality, and maintenance teams to streamline operations, reduce waste, and meet production targets. Key responsibilities include analyzing production data, identifying areas for process improvement, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, training operators, and ensuring optimal use of materials and machinery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of production machinery, workflow optimization, and manufacturing best practices. Proficiency in tools such as ERP systems, AutoCAD, and production planning software is desirable. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering is required, with 24 years of experience in a manufacturing setup.
