Job Description

As a Production In-Charge for welding and cutting equipment in our manufacturing unit located in Vasai East, Maharashtra, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day production activities of inverter-based ARC, MIG, TIG, and plasma welding systems, as well as CNC cutting and automation equipment. Your responsibilities will include supervising production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting circuit-level faults, coordinating with various teams, and driving productivity improvements using lean practices. You will be reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with the R&D, Quality Control, Design, and Maintenance teams to optimize manpower, maintain production documentation, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Your role will also involve training production staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols, as well as ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and workplace hygiene. The ideal candidate for this position should have a B.E. or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in electronics or capital goods manufacturing, preferably in welding/cutting equipment. Strong command over circuit diagrams, schematics, and testing tools, as well as proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, test jigs, and fault diagnostics are essential requirements for this role. Additionally, good leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines with a proactive mindset.,
