Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Designer with a strong design sense and technical background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing high-end wardrobes and kitchen layouts, selecting premium materials, and working closely with both clients and the production team to ensure flawless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom wardrobes and kitchen layouts tailored to client needs and luxury standards

• Select materials, finishes, and fittings in line with design aesthetics and project requirements

• Ensure efficient, ergonomic, and functional use of space in all design plans

• Collaborate closely with clients, in-house teams, and factory technicians to translate concepts into reality

• Supervise installation processes and monitor project completion on-site when required

• Maintain a strong understanding of technical terms and construction details relevant to production design

• Work with AutoCAD at a fast and accurate pace for all technical drawings and layouts

• Utilize 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) proficiency is a strong advantage

• Conduct site visits to ensure design feasibility and monitor progress

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• 25 years of relevant experience in production or interior design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must

• Familiarity with at least one 3D design software is a plus

• Excellent communication and client interaction skills

• Strong eye for detail, luxury finishes, and modern aesthetics

• Ability to manage multiple projects and site coordination
