Job Description
Qualification :- BE in Plastic/Manufacturing Experience :- 5-7 year. Skill Set:- Planning & Scheduling Leadership Team Management Time Management Technical Knowledge Data Management Communication Crises Management Knowledge of Safety, Health & Environment Responsibilities:- Coordinate Production Work Flow for One or Multiple Products. Plan and Prioritize Operations to ensure Optimum Utilization of resources & deliver targets within stipulated time frame. Determine Man Power, Equipments & Raw Material required to meet Production Targets. Implement and Improvise Standard Processes to Optimize Production. Implement and enforce quality control and tracking process at each stage of production to ensure Quality of Finished Goods. Adhere to Quality & Safety Norms. Manage Wellbeing, Training & Development of Team. Coordinate for Preventive & Emergency Maintenance. Troubleshoot in emergency situations. Management Reporting. Coordinate with other Departments as per requirement. Man Power Management. Ensure Smooth Operation of Overall Production. Verification & Finalization of Raw Material receipt. Verification of Processes as per Specified Standards. Train & Monitor QC & Production Engineers to Operate Independently. Report any fallouts in Production resulting in rejection. Prepare & Maintain Test reports as per requirement. Prepare various QC Certificates. New Product Development in consultation with Management. KRA's :- Leadership and coordination skills. Time Management. Resource and manpower management. Safety & Cleaniness. Crises management & accuracy. Manpower management. Decision Making Ability. Audit. Sampling & Testing.
