Job Description
Role Overview We are looking for a Production Chemist to join our WHO-GMP Pharma Factory. You will be responsible for managing the production processes of tablet medicines, ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing Operations: Oversee and manage the production of tablet pharmaceutical products. Quality Control: Ensure all tablet products meet quality standards and GMP guidelines. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and batch documentation. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tablet production equipment. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the quality assurance and production teams to ensure seamless operations. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a production chemist role within the pharmaceutical industry. Skills: Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and quality assurance principles. Proficient in using production equipment and understanding of manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Personal Traits: Detail-oriented and organized.
