Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Helper with ITI Certification to support our production activities. The candidate will assist skilled technicians and operators on the shop floor, perform routine tasks, and ensure smooth production operations while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist machine operators and technicians in production processes.

Support assembly, loading/unloading of materials, and basic handling of machines/tools.

Clean and maintain machinery and work areas (5S compliance).

Help in material movement and line feeding.

Perform basic mechanical tasks (drilling, cutting, fitting) as per instructions.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms, and quality guidelines.

Report any process or equipment abnormalities to the supervisor.

Maintain proper documentation/logs when required.

Key Skills Required

Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge (as per ITI trade)

Ability to operate or assist with production equipment

Familiarity with shop floor safety practices

Ability to work under supervision and in shifts

Physically fit and ready for manual work

Basic understanding of production terms and SOPs

Educational Qualification

ITI Certificate in Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Electrician / Welder / Production / Mechanical (NCVT or SCVT)

Other Requirements

Willingness to work in rotating shifts and overtime

Team player with a positive attitude

Factory or shop floor exposure preferred (internship or prior job)
