Role Description This is a full-time position for a Production Assistant located on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting various stages of production from start to end, ensuring quality control, assisting with customer service, and working collaboratively with the production team. Daily tasks include sampling, coordinating logistics, dyeing, printing, overseeing craftsmanship standards, and editing production schedules to meet deadlines, etc. Qualifications Experience in Production Assistance and Quality Control Strong Customer Service skills Proficiency in Editing production materials and schedules Ability to work well in a Teamwork environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience in the fashion or textile industry is a plus Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field preferred,
