We're Hiring: Product Support Executive / Application Support Engineer Location: Bengaluru Experience: 13 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days ONLY About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals with 13 years of experience in technical support, product support, or application support. If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and helping users get the most out of software products, this could be a great opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for users experiencing product-related issues Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software bugs, usability issues, and system queries Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions Work closely with internal engineering and product teams for escalations Use tools like JIRA, Zendesk, Confluence, or ServiceNow for issue tracking and knowledge management What We're Looking For: 13 years of relevant experience in Technical/Application/Product Support Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (good to have) Familiarity with ticketing and documentation tools Mandatory: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment,
