Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who is proficient in managing and supporting mobile applications, with a strong grasp of both Flutter (frontend) and Laravel (backend). The ideal candidate will also have experience in product support, technical support, testing, and bug identification. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical and product support for our mobile application, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of issues. Work closely with the development and QA teams to identify, report, and track bugs and issues. Perform functional, regression, and system testing to ensure high-quality product delivery. Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues reported by users or identified during routine checks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders to enhance product features and resolve issues. Continuously monitor and improve app performance, ensuring optimal user experience. Prepare and maintain documentation related to technical support, troubleshooting steps, and solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to mobile app development, testing, and support. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in product and technical support, particularly in managing mobile applications. Proficiency in Flutter for mobile app frontend development and Laravel for backend management. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and bug-tracking processes. Hands-on experience with mobile app testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of API integrations, database management, and deployment processes is a plus.
