Role: Sr. Product Manager Experience: 10+ years Location: Noida WFO Client: A leading Fintech Co. Qualification Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the fintech industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products. Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the companys goals. Identify market opportunities and trends to inform product development and positioning. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product organization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements. Act as a liaison between executive leadership and product teams to communicate product vision and priorities. Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. Implement agile methodologies to enhance product development processes. Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product enhancements. Champion user experience and ensure products meet customer needs and expectations. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions. Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and functionalities.
