# Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in executing and implementing enterprise software implementations

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect/Product Architect
• Strong foundational experience in product/application design, architecture and maturity specificaly in Microsoft technologies, preferably Azure.
• Experience implementing and supporting an enterprise-wide customer and employee enabling systems.
• Strong design, Cloud Infra architecture, and problem-solving skills with knowledge and experience in building solutions.
• Expertise in Hybrid cloud solutions (desirable) Azure, GCP cloud related Infra and Deployment Architectures.
• The position requires good understanding of product and change management to drive
• the technology modernization agenda.

• Handson experience in UI development, Microservices based architecture, database design, using any middleware solution

•  Architect and design end-to-end technology solutions for product
•  Collaboration with Product developers/designers/managers for business requirements,deployment and deliverables.
•  Introduce and implement innovative technologies and practices to enhance Product functionalities.
•  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and architectural standards.
•  Product Roadmap : Design and Drive the Product Roadmap for new features and improvements.
•  QA : Ensure the quality and reliability of product deliverables through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
•  Documentation : Create architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and
• implementation plans.
•  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Risk management and Mitigation of the Product.
• Establishing Architecture standards and best practices,data governance policies, and security protocols for data exchange.
• POC,Governance,Communication and Collaboration with Stake Holders.
• Performance Optimization,capacity planning.
• Technical support :Providing support for troubleshooting critical Infra and Application issues and resolving technical challenges encountered during implementation.
• Manage and engage closely with Product lead, technical lead and engineering partners from various vendor and partner organizations.
