Job Description Job Description: Product Owner+Scrum Master Experience: Minimum 5 Years Location: Indore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes within our teams. You will guide teams in Scrum practices to ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile methodologies. Remove impediments and resolve conflicts. Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs. Track team progress and ensure alignment with project goals. Use tools like Notion, JIRA, Trello for task tracking. Foster a collaborative, self-organising team environment. Ensure continuous improvement in team processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
