Job Description

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. With at least 7 years of experience in product management, wealth management, or financial services. It would be advantageous to have experience with digital platforms. A keen interest in wealth management products and client engagement strategies is essential. Exposure to agile development methodologies is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of wealth management, digital engagement, and end-to-end experience transformation. You should have 7+ years of relevant experience leading and managing financial advisory technology, digital wealth/investment platforms, or digital transformation in Wealth Management. Experience in integrating advisor and client platforms to enhance collaboration and optimize the client-advisor relationship is preferred. Furthermore, experience in vendor strategy and rationalization, selecting best-in-class wealth technology partners is necessary. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, OKRs, and product adoption is a requirement. You should have the ability to influence stakeholders, drive strategic investment decisions, and lead cross-functional teams effectively. Exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills are crucial to drive high-impact organizational change. You must consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential for this role.
