As a Product Owner with over 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Your role will involve translating business needs into detailed Salesforce solutions and user stories. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integrations will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs, supporting the development team throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring stakeholder communication to align with business goals. Conducting training sessions and providing user support post-deployment will also be part of your duties. Driving continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving business needs will be essential in this role. To excel in this position, you must have proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integration. A strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems is required, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will be critical to success in this role. Experience with Agile methodologies is also preferred.
