1. Prioritized Team Backlog: Maintains and prioritizes the team backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision. 2. Iteration Planning & Execution: Leads iteration planning and execution, ensuring user stories are completed E2E. 3. Dependency Management: Identifies and mitigates Product related dependencies within the product team. 4. Customer Value Hypothesis: Formulate customer value hypothesis and collaborate with Product team to refine and validate them. 5. Customer Feedback Loop: Facilitates continuous feedback loops with customers. 6. Functional and non-functional requirements: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented 7. High-Level Effort Estimations Input: Provide high-level technical effort estimations for service requests to assist in planning and prioritization. 8. Tech Documentation: o SDD documentation: Prepares detailed SDD documentation for dev team o Technical Product Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support product implementation and usage. (excludes API docs, integration guides, and system architecture.) 9. User Service Requests & Acceptance Criteria: o Primary: Ensures user service requests are aligned with the product vision and prioritized. o Supportive: Dev' and Agile Coach assists in detailing and refining the user service requests 10. Operations Manuals: Develops and maintains operations manuals and other product documentation, ensuring they are clear and useful for end-users and internal divisions such as IT Operations. 11. Process Analysis & Process flow diagrams: Analyze and document existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and creating process flow diagrams to support enhancements.
