As a Product Owner with 3+ years of experience, you will ideally have a background in platform tooling, DevOps-adjacent spaces, or infrastructure-facing products. You should possess strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills, enabling you to simplify complexity and prioritize impact effectively. Your role will involve being curious about how platforms are deployed and monitored, showcasing a willingness to learn and contribute to areas such as OpenSearch. A crucial aspect of this position is having a strong learning mindset, allowing you to engage with technical teams and enhance your expertise in observability, deployment automation, and security tooling. Familiarity with agile delivery practices such as Scrum, Jira, story mapping, and velocity tracking is essential. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for agile product management is also beneficial. While not mandatory, an interest or basic familiarity with DevOps concepts like CI/CD, observability, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation would be advantageous. Exposure to observability tools, particularly OpenSearch, Kibana, Prometheus, or Grafana, is a plus. Additionally, having experience in defining alerting rules, health checks, or post-incident workflows will be valuable in this role.,
