Key Responsibilities Develop and write engaging, high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create content tailored to Zoho products, CRM systems, and SAS marketing strategies. Optimize content for SEO and user engagement to maximize reach and performance. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content writing, Zoho product usage, and SAS marketing techniques. Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements for future campaigns. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content writing. Hands-on experience with Zoho products or CRM is a must. Proven expertise in SAS marketing. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies. Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
