Job Description
The Product Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will drive strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products, working closely with user research, usability studies, designers, developers, and research teams throughout the product lifecycle. It will be your responsibility to craft a product vision and convert it into a concrete strategy and business case. You will also participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities. As a Product Manager, you will partner with business owners and agile product teams to build roadmaps that align with the company's broader portfolio. Your market orientation will be crucial in achieving financial objectives, including revenue projections and pricing models. You will need to demonstrate collaboration, leadership, and champion product governance standards. Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and client interviews will be essential to identify new product opportunities and inform product strategy. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of work experience in product management, project management, digital marketing, operations management, or other IT infrastructure roles. Educational qualifications include a Graduation and Post Graduation (MBA Marketing) with a specialization in business, computer science, design-related field, or equivalent experience in product management. Post Graduation with a specialization in Marketing, Finance, International Business, Analytics IT is preferred. Previous experience in product management, project management, digital marketing, operations management, or other IT infrastructure roles will be advantageous. The required skillset for this role includes a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives, business acumen, problem-solving skills, understanding of marketing and IT domains, and a passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems. Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and staying up to date on industry trends and best practices related to business analytics products and technologies will be beneficial.,
