As a Product Manager at Nextuple, you will be the key liaison between clients and our implementation teams, ensuring that we deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable product features and user stories. Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have clear and prioritized tasks that align with client goals. Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product status, timelines, and addressing any concerns. Actively participate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to drive iterative improvements in product features and functionalities. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, informing product development and enhancements Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards. Assist in developing training materials and providing support to clients during product rollout and adoption phases. Contribute to the Organization building functions such as hiring, training, mentoring, team building Essential Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a client services environment in the retail domain Proven experience in client engagement and delivering complex projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and technical teams. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence) and frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills: Strong implementation experience in Retail, E-commerce, and Supply Chain, particularly with OMS, WMS, and TMS applications. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams Certifications in Product Management ,
