Job Description

You should have at least 5 years of experience in digital media, product management, or performance marketing. It is important to have a deep understanding of various digital media tactics and platforms such as programmatic, social, CTV, onsite and offsite retail media. Your experience should include working with media optimization strategies like pacing, bidding, A/B testing, and targeting refinements. Strong analytical skills are crucial, along with proficiency in campaign analytics, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau. It would be beneficial if you have a track record of success in building or managing performance-focused media or marketing platforms. Effective collaboration and communication skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams. Any familiarity with retail media networks, shopper marketing, or CPG advertising would be advantageous. Preferred skills for this role include experience working with DSPs, social media platforms, or ad servers. Knowledge of machine learning applications in media optimization and the ability to translate complex data into clear product requirements and user experiences are also highly valued. In terms of key roadmap targets for the year 2025, the focus will be on achieving automated campaign publishing to social platforms, automated intra-campaign rebalancing to optimize delivery by platform, automated campaign optimization across onsite/offsite retail media campaigns, and dynamic creative optimization (DCO) for AB testing and automated optimization.,
