Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the CRM product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. Customer Insights & Engagement: Gather user requirements through customer interviews, surveys, and analytics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams to implement CRM features. Product Development: Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
