Product Manager-CREDIT CARD-Marketing HO

We are looking for a payment focused professional to take ownership of network- related mandates across RuPay and VISA credit card ecosystems. The role demands strong knowledge of card networks, payment ecosystem, regulatory requirements, and end-to-end product solutioning within the banking environment.

Key Requirements- 

1. Manage End-to- End Network Mandates:

• Ensure timely and accurate implementations of all compliance- related requirements from RuPay and VISA within the credit card business.

2. Regulatory & Network Alignment:

• Act as the point of contact for interfacing with card networks and regulatory bodies; interpret guidelines and assess business/technical impact.

3. Cross- Functional Solutioning:

• Drive solution design with Technology, Risk, Legal and Operation to deliver compliant and scalable solutions aligned with network requirements.

4. Monitoring, Governance & Reporting:

• Maintain audit trails, compliance trackers, and regular reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders and external audits.

5. Risk Mitigation & Process Enhancements:

• Identify potential non- compliance risks and proactively design process improvements to ensure continuous adherence and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement

1. Good understanding of payment systems and products like UPI, CC, DC 
2. Experience of working with networks like Rupay, Visa, Mastercard
3. CA or Engineer with MBA with 10+ years experience
4. Leadership skills to manage and work with cross functional teams without direct reporting structure
5. Ability to liaise internally & influence cross functional teams in a matrix organisation
6. Strong problem solving skills and ability to own tasks end to end
