Job Description

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POSITION IS ON HOLD CURRENTLY. 

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)
Notice Period- Immediate- 30 days
Budget- 18 LPA- 23 LPA
Experience- 6-10 Years
Relevant experience- Minimum 6 years is needed. 
Interview process- 2-3 technical rounds.
Skills required- Product strategy development,managing client issues,Product design,business strategy,Build scalable, unit testable solutions for web applications, SDLC, Basic SQL.

Objectives of Role:
- The ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth
understanding of critical business requirements
- The ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions
- Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
- Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes
- Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes
- Competence in writing system requirement document, detailing data models and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made
- Conducting system testing for verifying that system is developed as per requirements
- Conducting market surveys and workshops

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop business functionality in multi-tier web solutions while improving code quality.
- Build scalable, unit testable solutions for web applications and do code reviews.
- Champion culture of good security, coding standards, architecture patterns, resiliency, and documentation practices.
- Work across all phases of the software development lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, deployment, operations, and support).
- Lead a cross-functional Agile team to understand requirements, do product backlog grooming, sprint planning, execution, and retrospective.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members, product team and customers
- Promote a strong sense of teamwork.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-7 years’ of relevant experience in web product development
- Very good planning, project scoping, directing a team members, forecasting budgets, managing change requests and monitoring time constraints.
- High-level managerial skills to handle projects/part of project from beginning to end.
- Basic SQL and database capabilities
- Very string testing and user training skills
- Good knowledge of SDLC
- Ability to work independently and with others.
