Job Description
Key Responsibilities: o Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch to ongoing optimization. o Identify new product opportunities, features, and enhancements to improve customer experience and competitive advantage. o Aware of market research to understand customer segments, competitors, and industry trends related to the financial products. o Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions, pricing strategies, and positioning. o Develop and maintain a product roadmap outlining key milestones, features, and timelines. o Monitor product performance, analyse key metrics, and iterate on the product based on feedback and data. o Develop effective go-to-market strategies, positioning, and solutions for Corporate clients. o Collaborate with technology teams to ensure smooth product development, integration, and maintenance. o Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners & Banks, and vendors. o Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and customer support to continuously improve the product. o Proactively identify potential risks and challenges related to the product, including fraud prevention and security concerns. o Work with the relevant teams to implement risk mitigation measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations. o Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales, customer service, and support, to enhance their understanding of the product. Qualifications: o Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus. o Strong understanding of the Indian financial services market, regulatory landscape, and customer preferences. o Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle. o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. o Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. o Innovation-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.,
