Job Description
As a Product Management professional, you will be responsible for developing new products and schemes and modifying existing products in the Used Car loan segment. Your role will involve obtaining approvals, rolling out, and providing training on new products and schemes to all stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to monitor the performance and profitability of these schemes and products. You will play a crucial part in process and policy management by collaborating with other stakeholders to create and streamline processes with a Digital First approach. Working closely with Policy and Credit teams, you will be expected to implement policy changes when necessary. In terms of sales support and channel development, you will be tasked with developing new business channels, including alternate and digital channels. This will involve designing and implementing campaigns, sales contests, and programs to drive business growth. Supporting sales teams with their requirements and gathering feedback from key stakeholders like Channel Partners and Online Aggregators will also be part of your responsibilities. Performance management will be a key aspect of your role, including managing internal sales teams and external channel partners for business acquisition. You will have P&L responsibility and will be required to prepare hiring strategies, scorecards, and ensure team productivity. Setting targets based on budgets, costs, and revenues, as well as designing incentive strategies for contests, will also fall under your purview. Other responsibilities will involve analyzing MIS and Analytics to provide strategic inputs to senior management, designing resource allocation strategies, new tie-ups, and cross-selling opportunities. You will be responsible for Lead Management Systems, ensuring lead tracking and closure, and recommending improvements. Additionally, conducting and executing training programs for sales teams, handling sales support, budgeting, and campaigns for the product/business will be part of your role.,
