The Product Head role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the Textile/Garments industry. As a Product Head, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of products including T-shirts, Hoodies, Pants, Gym wears, and Knit wears. Your expertise in Yarn to Fabric management, handling outsourced units, and leading teams will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy: You will be tasked with developing and implementing product strategies that drive business growth and increase market share. - Product Development: Leading the product development process, from conceptualization to design, prototyping, and testing, will be a key aspect of your role. - Team Leadership: You will lead cross-functional teams comprising design, production, and marketing professionals to ensure seamless product development and launch. - Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and analysis to make informed product decisions will be essential for staying ahead in the competitive industry. - Product Launch: You will be responsible for planning and executing product launches, including devising marketing and sales strategies to promote the new products effectively.
