As a Product Experience Designer (UX/UI) with 4+ years of experience, you will have the opportunity to join Techvantage.ai, a cutting-edge technology and product engineering company located in Technopark. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the user experience of AI-driven platforms, collaborating with diverse teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive and user-centric design solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading the design of engaging and user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered web and mobile products, simplifying intricate AI-driven workflows into clear and accessible user experiences, creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to align product vision with user needs, maintaining and evolving the design system for consistency across interfaces, advocating for design best practices, accessibility, and performance in all product experiences. To succeed in this role, you must have at least 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on product design, experience in designing for AI-based or data-intensive applications, a standout portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and user-centered design across various platforms, proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar, a strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and responsive UI design, the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, a passion for creating meaningful and elegant user experiences driven by emerging technologies. Preferred qualifications include experience in designing products involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, or predictive systems, familiarity with machine learning concepts and their impact on user behavior and design patterns, knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS), and comfort using analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar) to enhance UX.
