Position:- Product Development Manager (EV) Location:- Sinhagad road,Pune Experience:-Min 4 Yrs Highest Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Gender:- Male We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Manager Charger Assembly to oversee the end-to-end assembly operations of EV charging products. This role requires close collaboration with R&D, testing, customer support, and other departments to ensure high-quality production, timely delivery, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day production operations on the floor. Oversee the end-to-end and timely assembly of EV chargers, ensuring precision and efficiency. Conduct testing of all assembled units before packaging and dispatch. Develop and execute production plans to meet output targets and delivery deadlines. Coordinate with customer support teams to analyze field failures, technical complaints, and installation issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Track inventory and manage material usage to minimize waste and cost. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, operations, sales, and R&D teams to ensure smooth production flow. Manage and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, technicians, and operators. Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently to avoid production disruptions. Participate in strategic planning for plant growth and scalability. Contribute to R&D by driving innovation and research to enhance charger performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Support the development of new product architectures, features, and designs aligned with market needs and technological advancements. Deliver finalized engineering drawings, BOMs, test plans, and technical documentation in a timely manner. Handle technical and hardware-related issues, including escalations from customer support regarding product performance, reliability, and usability. Conduct visits to client sites, OEM partners, or installation locations to evaluate field performance or supervise pilot installations. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer teams to ensure proper packaging, documentation, and shipping coordination.
