We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Executive to join our team in the cosmetics packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the full product development cycle, with specialized knowledge in decoration techniques metallizing, spray coating, and related finishing processes. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality, innovative packaging solutions for global cosmetic brands. Job Description End-to-end product development process from concept to commercialization for cosmetic packaging. Collaborate with the design, sales, and marketing teams to understand client requirements and provide technical feasibility assessments. Develop and review decorative finishes, including hot stamping, silk screening, UV coating, spray painting, metallizing, and other advanced surface treatments. Coordinate with suppliers and internal production teams to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are met. Evaluate prototypes, samples, and conduct technical trials to ensure the packaging meets functional and aesthetic standards. Oversee documentation such as technical drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), specifications, and timelines. Support sustainability goals by recommending eco-friendly packaging and processes.
