Job Description

As an Intern in Product Design located in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in shaping end-to-end experiences within the product. Your responsibilities will include taking initial concepts and mockups and transforming them into compelling, easy-to-understand, and actionable visual forms that align with customer and product requirements. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers to iterate on new features and user journeys. Additionally, your role will involve connecting various user groups and industry workflows to create simple, intuitive design solutions. You will constantly explore concepts, tweak flows, and refine designs to ensure that they represent the big-picture work effectively. Leveraging solution validation studies, you will validate your solutions and proposed directions. We are looking for a 2025 graduate (or graduating soon) from a design or related field who possesses a strong grasp of fundamental design principles and has experience working with or contributing to a design system. A strong portfolio showcasing your process, work, and user-centered design methods is essential, including proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and the ability to prototype and test ideas. Critical thinking and analytical skills are crucial in this role, as you will be expected to ask the right questions before jumping to solutions. You should be able to convert complex problems into intuitive and elegant visuals, as well as be familiar with AI tools and integrate them thoughtfully into your workflow. Effective communication and collaboration skills are key, as you will need to articulate decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams. We are looking for individuals who are curious, collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to grow as a designer.,
