Job Description

You are a detail-oriented mechanical engineer and SolidWorks expert responsible for designing next-gen robotic workstations for Alex. Your focus will be on the intersection of design, manufacturability, and integration to create hardware systems that enable intelligent automation in pharma, chemical, and industrial workflows. Your responsibilities will include hardware testing to verify functionality, performance, and reliability of components, along with collaborating with design and engineering teams to address defects. You will also design 3D models and assemblies of modular robotic systems, translate product concepts into engineering drawings, optimize designs for precision and automation integration, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support rapid prototyping and testing, integrating feedback into design improvements. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of mechanical design experience, proficiency in SolidWorks, experience with electromechanical integration and industrial parts, and a strong understanding of materials, tolerancing, and production workflows. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring the successful candidate to work in person. The expected start date for this role is 15/07/2025.
