Job Description
You have an exciting opportunity to join ShopDeck, one of Uplers" clients, as a Product Design Lead based in Bengaluru. ShopDeck is focused on helping e-commerce merchants establish and manage their D2C storefront profitably by making D2C selling as easy as selling on popular marketplaces. As India's D2C wave grows, there is a need to cater to the large number of sellers who wish to transition to D2C. In this role, you will lead and build the product design team while working closely with founders. Your responsibilities will involve understanding the business context and working on a wide product stack that includes B2C, B2B, and data-led recommendations. ShopDeck is well-funded and cash-flow positive, providing a stable environment for you to grow and innovate. The design challenges you will face include creating modular storefronts for better conversion rates and building a product that empowers sellers to understand and leverage every aspect of their business. The ultimate goal is for ShopDeck to become the go-to software for running D2C stores in India, surpassing competitors by delivering significant value to sellers and enabling them to achieve product-market fit efficiently.
