Job Description

You will be responsible for generating concept designs based on functional and customer requirements. Providing engineering support for the design, development, and optimization of products will be a key aspect of your role. Your tasks will include designing Splashguard covers while considering aesthetics, reliability, serviceability, and cost. Additionally, you will be involved in the design of Control panels and Operator panels with a focus on user-friendliness and operator safety. You will also be tasked with selecting/designing Cross covers, Lamella covers, Telescopic covers, Auto doors, and Wipers. It will be essential for you to execute engineering design changes following change management processes and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality support in product development activities. Meeting customer standard requirements and assisting the assembly department in procedural machine building activities will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will need to resolve customer complaints by studying and analyzing the root cause. Key Competencies: - Minimum 2 years of experience using PTC Creo. - Proficiency in design calculation and material selection. - Familiarity with GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up analysis. - Experience in designing machine elements such as bearings, gears, pulleys, springs, and seals. Experience: 3 to 5 years Qualification: BE Mechanical or equivalent Location: Coimbatore,
